10 DAY SUPERFOOD JUICE CLEANSE
In my time off I embarked on a cleansing journey of my own - a 10 day superfood transformational juice cleanse! MY CLEANSE INSIGHTS
This past few weeks I have learnt the more we understand ourselves and our own nature the better we can navigate the world around us and create a life that works for us!
For example I realised that although I am an air sign and a chilled person, I do have fire and intensity within me, real generator energy. This energy stems from my inner child wanting to be seen and loved. Through having a baby I have had to heal and support my inner child so much and I have really connected with him, giving him daily love and support.
This way I do not need to create from this intensity to succeed to feel loved, and can use this intensity only when I really need it. So I'm writing this from a place of calmness and kindness for myself knowing that my inner child is supported and and I can bring out his full potential to create from the heart and joy, knowing that I am already enough and successful in just being me.
I realised I have been creating from such an intense place that it's so exhausting to my system. But I'm glad to say taking the time out and connecting to nature gave me a better understanding of how to nurture myself and create from a place of kindness for myself.
