I have made it my mission to reconnect you with food and the beautiful ingredients nature provides us with. Teaching you the art of conscious cooking, using mindful techniques and how to cook with whole food and organic ingredients. This way of eating will transform for your life - just like it did mine, and not to mention, it's delicious!
Conscious Cookshops are cooking classes with a conscious edge. Over the past 8 years, I have been on a huge journey spiritually and as a cook. I have always been a foodie and passionate cook which has led me into being a self-taught chef. In 2016 I was troubled with some serious gut issues - I had parasites, candida and I also found out I was wheat and dairy intolerant. Although I was eating healthy, I had to make some huge changes to my lifestyle to heal my gut - including no alcohol, no sugar, no dairy, no wheat, and even no spices. Through this journey, I learned a lot about nutrition, and how to to create deliciously, nourishing and healing food. This experience truly shaped the chef that I am today. Letting go of inflammatory foods has changed my life and brought me back to my vitality. Due to my own experience I know how overwhelming, complicated and stressful it can be to change your lifestyle and food habits. This is why I am here to support that change, teaching you to make simple delicious food that is high vibrational, wholesome and fun. I will share all of my knowledge and experience so that you can become your own empowered cook.
WHAT TO EXPECT
In these sessions we will learn how to how be more mindful in the kitchen, build your confidence, reconnect with food, find joy in cooking, understand flavour combinations and how to turn the simplest of ingredients into into something nourishing and tasty. You will be guided how to stay organised in the kitchen, how to use simple techniques, flavour combinations, and the importance food as medicine.

How it works
Cookshops are booked in a programme of four sessions. Each session is based around a different weekly dish. Before the programme begins we will discuss what your key goals are and what dishes you would like to learn so I can suggest some meals for your plan. Each session is 2-3 hours long and I will send the ingredients list in advance of the session so you can go and get your ingredients. The classes will be health focused, leaving out inflammatory foods like wheat, gluten, dairy, processed foods and refined sugar. These sessions can be held in person here in Ibiza OR online via zoom. My style is authentic, casual and high vibrational, so if you're expecting fine dining cookery this is not the right class for you.
