MEDICINAL SOUP
This is an absolute power bowl of medicinal goodness. A very soothing and healing soup rich in antioxidants and nutrients that would benefit overall health and gut issues. This would also be good for more chronic health conditions. The ingredient combination make for a very cleansing and detoxifying dish whilst being deliciously fragrant with asian flavours. Winter vibes!

Ingredients
1 star anise
2 cloves
Small piece cinnamon
1 tbsp coconut oil
2 garlic cloves bashed
1 thumb ginger bashed
1 red chilli
1 celeriac cubed
1 fennel sliced
10g dulse seaweed
1 Litre of water
Garnish
Few sprigs of coriander
Method
Pop a saucepan on medium heat. Toasted star anise, cloves and cinnamon in a dry pan for about a minute. Add coconut oil and saute garlic and ginger for about one minute. Add veggies saute for a few minutes and season well with salt and black pepper. Add water and seaweed. Bring to a boil. Simmer for 15 minutes. Serve and enjoy.
