In these sessions I will use a mixture of alchemy crystal bowls, energy healing (reiki) and light language to balance your energy centres and shift any stuck, stagnant or blocked energy from your field. This is a great way to relax, calm the nervous system and connect to the deeper spiritual realms for guidance and support.
