About GUT LOVE challenge
The GUT LOVE challenge is designed to rejuvenate your gut and give it the love it needs. We will be letting go of meat, dairy, gluten, wheat, refined sugar, caffeine and alcohol to support your gut into a healing state. The recipes are designed to give your GUT a cleansing break so it can feel revitalised and refreshed. In this challenge I will be here to support you and share my experience, tips and techniques to give you a new mindset towards healthy and happy food that is great for the GUT!
This journey will give you the inspiration, skills and knowledge you need to kickstart a conscious approach in the kitchen and improve your gut health and wellbeing, giving you the self care you deserve. You will gain new insights towards conscious cooking and healthy eating, kicking you into a new culinary direction with healthy, GUT LOVING, tasty food. I'm looking forward to helping you bring the JOY back into the kitchen!
