Super simple but very delicious, if anyone has been to Dishoom in London they may be familiar with this. If anyone is wanting to up their kitchen game and make an investment to be able to make delicious treats, sauces, ice cream, soups, nut milks do buy a vitamix it's the best gadget we have in our kitchen. It's an amazing investment for your health and lovely food. Lassi recipe below.
Serves 1 (double for more)
400ml coconut milk
1 cup frozen mango
1 teaspoon fennel seeds
1 tablespoon maple syrup
pinch of himalayan salt
Chuck all of this in a high speed blender and blitz on high for 1 minute.
